Delivery within the United Kingdom

We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt, but please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

Postage Charges  

Postage is charged by weight of items ordered.

Goods ordered within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, up to the weight of 2kg.  All orders weighing more than this will be sent by courier.  Please note; all items will need to be signed for or else collected at a later date from the relevant depot.

Customers in Europe (Including R.O.I) and Rest of World have two delivery options:

Goods can either be sent by Royal Mail’s Small Packet Airmail service or by their International Signed For Small Packet service.  The maximum weight Royal Mail will send as a small packet is 2kg.  Therefore, any larger orders will have to be split into several packages.  All recorded items are fully trackable within the UK and upon delivery/attempted delivery at their destination. Please note that standard Airmail is NOT trackable at any point after departure.  Georgina's accepts no responsibility for items lost or delayed when sent by non-recorded delivery.

All orders are subject to a shipping charge.  If you are not charged a shipping fee at the checkout, it means you have either ordered goods that total a weight outside of our postage charge limits, or there is a problem with our website.  In this instance, please contact us as soon as possible or else the dispatch of you parcel will be delayed.

Overseas Customers

All items shown on this website are priced and billed in Pounds Sterling. This means that the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate on the day of ordering.

Overseas Delivery

For orders outside of the U.K. we will not ship to an address with a P.O. Box.  For larger orders, only verified paypal addresses will be accepted without prior consent/communication.  This is a personal policy that Georgina's has adopted to help combat fraud.

Exchanges/Refunds

Georginas Online Ltd is committed to delivering top quality products and a first class service to our customers. In the event of a product found to be defective you must notify us immediately by email at info@georginas-online.co.uk.  You can then either receive a full refund, exchange or credit excluding shipping and handling charges.

NB: In the interest of hygiene and customer protection, we are unable to exchange or refund wigs, clip-on/drawstring hairpieces and weaves. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please contact Georgina's Customer Services prior to returning goods to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The R.A.N must accompany all returned goods with the original invoice.

Packages received without a R.A.N number will be refused. Returned items should be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

It is advisable that customers send returns/exchanges by recorded or registered post in the event that the parcel should go missing en-route to us.

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons.    

1.       To process your order 
2.       To provide you with the best possible service   

We will only email you in the future to send you information about our company or promotional material. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails please let us know by email and we will respect your wishes. 

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend it promptly.   

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which is stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
